By intention, Guitar Intensives is a small program – approximately 25-30 participants.  This not only
assures a personalized experience, it assures us the luxury of creating a customized schedule that
reflects the interests, skill levels and musical backgrounds of our
 participants.  Towards this end,
we include a detailed interest survey as part of our registration process.  Given this, we anticipate
publishing our 2024 schedule by late Spring..  If you have questions, or have ideas for classes, please
get in touch

OVERVIEW OF THE WEEK

After Sunday afternoon on-site Check-in/Registration and Dinner (either on- or off-campus), all participants and guests are invited to our Meet, Greet, Listen Orientation.  In addition to meeting
teachers and fellow participants, you’ll have a chance to hear about classes, ask questions, and speak with faculty individually should you wish. about classes you're considering.

Our Monday-Friday instructional schedule is 9am – 5:45pm. After lunch, we get together on the
portico (see photo below) outside the dining hall for announcements about electives,
evening activities, etc. – but also for mini-concert by one or more of our faculty!  The video clip below was an informal musical sharing by faculty (2022) after lunch (Andra Faye, Mike Dowling, Scott Ballantine, Toby Walker).
